SigPlus WiFi Software for Topaz WiFi Model Signature Pads

 

 

If your company has already provided you with software to sign documents electronically, you should not install SigPlus® WiFi. Speak with your IT department if you are unsure on how to proceed.

 

 

If you do not already have electronic signature software, please follow the instructions below to begin using your Topaz® WiFi-enabled signature pad.  Do not connect the pad to your computer until prompted to do so in the WiFi Guide. The software and instructions below ONLY work if you have a WiFi model signature pad. You can check by looking at the sticker on the back of the device.  If you do not have a WiFi model device, view the complete list of Topaz models and software downloads.

Step 1

Download SigPlus WiFi software for use with Topaz WiFi-enabled signature pad to your computer's desktop. Right-click the icon on the left, select "Save Link As", and choose the desktop as the save location to begin the download.

Step 2

Follow the detailed steps outlined in the Topaz WiFi Connection Guide for installation and configuration instructions. It is crucial to follow these steps through for proper WiFi signature pad functionality.

Step 3 (Optional)

To design and sign PDFs without the need for Adobe Acrobat, download pDoc Signer, the Topaz PDF application, and save the installer to your desktop. Click the icon on the left to begin.  Once the download is complete, double-click the pDoc Signer icon on your desktop to begin installation.

 

After the installation, pDoc Signer will be found in your C:\Program Files (x86)\pDoc Signer.

 

NOTE: Included in the pDoc Signer download/install is pDoc Forms Designer, an app that allows you to create PDF forms by inserting signature fields and data entry form fields in PDF documents.

Step 4 (Optional)

To sign PDFs in Adobe Acrobat or Word and Excel documents, download the Topaz plug-ins and save to your desktop. Click the icon on the left to begin. Once downloaded, double-click the icon on your desktop to begin installation. For the Acrobat Plug-In, be sure to configure the GemSign plug-in as the default digital signer after installation.

Step 5

See the Topaz Systems Universal User Guide for more information on Topaz signature pads, accessories, and software. Click the Download icon on the left to view the PDF.  Right-click the icon on the left and select "Save Link As" to download the PDF to your computer.
